Dull colours and solid patterns continue to remain a safe choice for many. Fret not, if the rains have dampened the spirits; LuxeBook has curated a list of fashionable must-haves that will not only brighten your monsoon wardrobe but also add a glam quotient to your attire. Rain protection One of the first and most important bits of any monsoon wardrobe is rain protective wear, aka umbrellas, ponchos, raincoats and windcheaters. For the longest time, these only came in the darkest and dullest hues. The petite size of the bag is perfect for people constantly on the move, not to mention the chaotic monsoon season. It comes with two spacious compartments and is available in two different colours – Camel (tan) and Light Nickel (grey). Lee believes that truly great design must have a subversive element to it. This trench coat is cut from crinkled glossed leather in a vibrant ‘candy’ pink, and traced with strategically placed snaps. The triangular buckle is a subtle reference to the ‘V’ in the brand’s name. 2. Dior D-Way Windbreaker This season’s D-Way windbreaker combines the House’s couture spirit with athleisure. Crafted in gold-tone technical taffeta jacquard with the Toile de Jouy motif, it features a zip closure, hood and a ‘CHRISTIAN DIOR’ signature flap on the back. The oversized silhouette will complement any of the season’s casual outfits. 3. Gucci Part of the adidas x Gucci collection, this eccentric umbrella is inspired by Creative Director Alessandro Michele’s memories of the ’80s and ’90s. Creating closet. The designer recently collaborated with Swarovski’s Marina Raphael for an adorable collection of trendy transparent handbags. The Porter Bag has a clear body that is beautifully outlined with champagne Napa leather with exposed white stitching. There is a removable canvas pouch inside the transparent bag, bearing a beautiful intricate pattern – Caroline Constas’ signature print, and is lined with beige cotton fabric on the inside. A small adjustable leather strap of the same champagne leather and exposed stitching can also be found inside the bag, allowing you to wear it over the shoulder, as well as a crossbody. 9. A stylish updated version of the transparent tote, this bag from Akris Ai combines innovation and artistic interpretation.
