DLF to launch a luxury housing project in Gurugram

DLF, a renowned real estate developer, is poised to unveil an upscale residential venture in Sector 76 Gurugram, adjacent to Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), anticipating a revenue range between ₹8,000 crore and ₹10,000 crore. The official launch is slated for January 2024 and is anticipated to be DLF’s most significant residential introduction since ‘The Arbour’ earlier this year. The project is set to hit the market with a pricing spectrum of ₹17,000 to ₹18,000 per square foot, presenting super-luxurious abodes. Envisaged to encompass 1,100 premium residences, individual apartment costs are estimated to commence from ₹7 crore to ₹8 crore. This venture marks DLF’s inaugural foray into the SPR zone of Gurgaon, reflecting a strategic move beyond its established luxury and super-luxury residences along the Golf Course Road in Gurugram.

Unilever is set to acquire premium haircare brand K18

Unilever recently announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the premium biotech haircare brand, K18, as part of its ongoing efforts to optimize its portfolio toward areas of higher growth. Established in 2020 by Suveen Sahib and Britta Cox, K18 is a rapidly expanding brand situated at the crossroads of beauty and biotechnology. The brand has been a trailblazer in leveraging social media to educate and captivate consumers on the scientific aspects of hair care.
