Omega releases a new Omega Speed Master Chronoscope collection




As the official timekeepers of the anticipated Paris Olympics 2024, luxury watch-making brand Omega has unveiled a new Speedmaster Chronoscope collection. Counting down 100 days to the Paris 2024 Olympics, Omega, the Official Timekeeper of the Games since 1932, the watch bears the colours of the competition. Making it to this weeks luxury new updates, There are four variations of the 42mm watches available. Two of them come in stainless steel with an anodized aluminium bezel on either a steel or perforated rubber strap. The other two are made from Omega’s proprietary 18K Moonshine™ Gold case and are available with either a Moonshine™ Gold bracelet or a black calfskin leather strap. All of the models feature the gold, black, and white colour scheme of the Olympic Games.
Hermès Opens a new Boutique at Jio world Plaza


The second Hermès boutique has just opened in Mumbai at Jio World Plaza, and the new store is a homage to the colours synonymous with the brand, orange. With an unconventional design, the store’s exterior is decorated with kinetic metal 3D tiles, featuring Hermès’ iconic orange colour and deep jewel tones of peacock blue. Designed by the renowned Parisian architecture agency RDAI, the Hermès store has been meticulously curated to showcase the brand’s sixteen distinct crafts, or metiers. The open-store plan salon features a diverse range of products including silks, fashion jewellery, home decor, perfumes, and beauty lines. Captivating your gaze is the artistic window display of the store by designer and filmmaker Aradhana Seth.

Istituto Marangoni, in collaboration with the Saudi Fashion Commission, has announced plans to establish a Higher Training Institute in Riyadh, marking a significant milestone in the development of the Kingdom’s fashion and luxury sectors. The initiative, set to commence in 2025, aims to introduce international courses tailored to the local market, with a focus on fashion and luxury education.
Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, the institute seeks to empower local talent, particularly women, and contribute to the Kingdom’s emergence as a dynamic hub for the fashion and luxury industries. Accredited by TVTC, the institute will offer a diverse range of courses, including Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Fragrances & Cosmetics, and Interior Design, catering to both aspiring professionals and established industry players.

Vivienne Westwood’s personal wardrobe is being auctioned

It doesn’t get more exciting than this for luxury news updates. Around 200 items from the personal wardrobe of fashion designer Vivienne Westwood will be auctioned off at Christie’s in June. The proceeds from the auction will be donated to various organizations supported by Westwood herself, including Greenpeace, Médecins Sans Frontières, Amnesty International, and The Vivienne Foundation. The auction, titled Vivienne Westwood: The Personal Collection, will include jewellery, fashion pieces, and accessories spanning four decades. The selection of items has been personally chosen by Westwood’s widower, Andreas Kronthaler. The items will be sold through two auctions: a live sale on June 25 in London, and an online auction from June 14 to 28.

The new Mercedes boasts four motors, generating a total of 579 horsepower and has a range of 240 miles. This new 2025 EQ model is expected to be priced at around US$180k and should be available in the market from late 2024 to early 2025.
