Suren Joshi’s Sukoon is a vegetarian and vegan-friendly retreat for early risers, opening at 6.00 am with yoga, meditation, and phone-free dining incentives. Chef Tanvi Shah’s menu, catered to mindful eating features organic dishes like Wild Mushroom Congee, Jigarthanda Falooda, and smoothie bowls with ashwagandha and spirulina, all served in copper crockery.

With a minimalist design by Kasturi Wagh and Vineet Hingorani, it keeps the focus on coffee and gelato pairings.

Led by Chef Soumojit Sinha and Pastry Chef Ameek Kaur, it serves all-day breakfast, wood-fired pizzas, and dishes like Beetroot Thecha Toast and Miso Salmon Bowl. Designed by Lila Sarin, it brings fresh dining to community-driven experiences.
