Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor Invest in QWEEN as Luxury Jewellery Brand Prepares India Debut

Bollywood actors Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor have invested an undisclosed amount in QWEEN, a luxury jewellery brand scheduled to launch in India in February 2026. The investment follows a ₹1,000 crore strategic backing from Rosy Blue and Kashikey Co., providing financial and operational support to the brand ahead of its market entry. Kashikey, a Japanese luxury retailer, helped QWEEN with its initial funding, while Rosy Blue, with six decades of experience in diamond sourcing, serves as the brand’s supply chain partner. The combination of global industry backing and celebrity investment positions QWEEN for a high-profile market entry.

QWEEN was founded in 2024 by Amit Kumar, CEO and Founder, and Suyash Motarwar, Co-founder. The brand describes itself as a 100 percent natural luxury jewellery label, focused on ethical sourcing, self-discovery, and experiential retail.

The company plans to open its first self-discovery experiential stores in Bengaluru and Delhi, with spaces ranging from 5,000 to 6,000 square feet. These stores will be designed to provide immersive experiences alongside traditional retail, allowing customers to explore the brand’s product offerings.

Aamir Khan said, “I’ve always believed in supporting ideas that are rooted in authenticity and long-term thinking. QWEEN stood out to me as a brand that’s not only building beautiful jewellery but doing it mindfully with respect for people, processes, and purpose. I’m happy to be a part of a journey that is both creative and conscious.”

Ranbir Kapoor added, “I’ve been fortunate to grow up around incredible women – my mother, sister, cousins, and now my wife – each strong, independent, opinionated in their own beautiful way. They’ve never waited for anyone’s validation to be who they are. And watching them take up their deserved space in the world unapologetically, has been what has made me a better man. That’s what drew me to QWEEN.”

QWEEN aims to reimagine the fine jewellery buying experience in India, combining purpose-led design, ethical craftsmanship, and immersive retail. The brand is targeting modern Indian consumers who are seeking luxury products with authenticity, traceability, and contemporary appeal.
