The meal begins with inventive dim sum such as Banana Blossom Dumpling, where sweet potato and coconut cream meet aromatic curry notes, and the striking Ocean Pearl Dumpling, featuring prawns encased in butterfly pea infused dumpling skin. The crisp Golden Aromas Chicken Roll adds a comforting yet elevated contrast in texture.


Among the mains, dishes like Steamed Gondhoraj Chicken highlight the citrus brightness of the iconic Bengali lime, while Steamed Indian Seabass in Lemongrass Sauce offers a light and aromatic preparation.
