Aero was started as the brainchild of Garrett Camp, one of the co-founders of Uber in 2021. With a fleet of Embraer ERJ-135s and Legacy 600s, it started as an island hopper between Mykonos and Ibiza. The newest airline is a spacious, 16-passenger Embraer ERJ-135, and with its lavish interior, private terminals and competitive pricing, it offers a unique experience.

To launch the latter, Aero was offering its Jet In, Jet Out package for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix on November 23. Motorsport fans could fly from Los Angeles at 5:05 p.m. PT the night of the race, and return from Las Vegas at 2:20 a.m. PT, after the competition concluded.
