Read on for some fun fruity Summer cocktails that are your cool, boozy escape—served with a twist, shaken not boring.
Horse’s Neck Highball
Dating all the way back to the 1800s, we’ve given the Horse’s Neck cocktail a Chivas Regal refresh. Garnished with a loopy lemon twist that hints at the shape of a horse’s neck, this classic is bound to become the star of the party.
Ingredients:
Chivas Regal XV – 50 ml
Soda – 100ml
Bitters – 2 Dashes
Lemon Twist – Garnish
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Lightly stir to mix. Garnish with an extra long lemon twist for a zesty twist.
Punch Fresco
There’s nothing like a summer cocktail that blends the best of the season. Fresh, juicy watermelon pairs perfectly with the tropical warmth of The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve, creating a drink that’s as refreshing as it is vibrant.
Ingredients:
The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve – 75ml
Watermelon Chunks – 4
Watermelon Juice (Alternative to Watermelon Chunks) – 75ml
Sugar Cane or Agave – 1tsp
Tajin (for garnish)
Method:
Muddle all the ingredients together, drop in some ice, and top it off with a garnish of lemon and mint slices. Feeling fancy? Give your glass a Tajín rim for that extra zing.

Light, refreshing, and effortlessly French- Lillet is perfect for long afternoons and easy spritzes.
Ingredients:
Lillet
Sparkling Water/Sparkling Wine/Sparkling Lemonade
Berries
Cucumber
Citrus Wedge
Mint/Basi/Thyme
Method:
Start by pouring a generous splash of Lillet into a tall wine glass filled with ice. Next, top it off with your choice of bubbles—whether it’s sparkling water, sparkling wine, or even a zesty sparkling lemonade for that extra kick. Finally, give it a pretty finish with your favorite garnish—think fresh berries, cucumber slices, a citrus wedge, or sprigs of mint, basil, or thyme.
The Pink Floradora
Strawberries and British summers go hand in hand — and now, they’ve found their way to London. Beefeater Pink blends classic London Dry Gin with a burst of ripe, fruity flavour.
Ingredients:
Beefeater Pink Strawberry- 50ml
Lime juice- 20ml
Fresh ginger syrup- 10ml
Top with ginger beer
Muddled raspberry- 1 (Optional)
Method:
Shake the first four ingredients and strain in a flute, top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist and star anise.
Amalfi Settantacinque
Introducing the Amalfi Settantacinque- a citrusy, effervescent twist on the classic French 75. Inspired by the sun-drenched lemons of the Amalfi Coast, it’s Italian elegance in every sip.
Ingredients:
Malfy Con Limone- 25ml
Clementine Juice- 20ml
Simple Syrup- 15ml
Lemon Juice- 20ml
Champagne
Method:
Give the first four ingredients a good shake, then strain into a chilled flute. Top it off with bubbly champagne and crown it with a lemon twist and a star anise for that extra flair.

Known the world over as the Jameson ‘signature serve’, the Jameson, Ginger & Lime is the ultimate cocktail for all occasions. But when the sun’s out and good vibes are flowing, there’s nothing like sipping a chilled JGL with your crew. Crisp, zesty, and perfect for those endless summer nights.
Ingredients:
Jameson- 45 ml
Ginger Ale- Top up
Lime- a wedge
Method:
In a hi-ball glass, take lot of ice and pour the desired amount of Jameson, top it up with Ginger ale and to finish the drink squeeze a lime wedge.
