Unless you’re living under a rock, you might have already heard about Netflix’s record breaking original, based on the American serial killer Jeffery Dahmer. Regarded as one of the most notorious serial killers in the United States, Jeffrey Dahmer was responsible for gruesomely murdering and consuming seventeen innocent boys. Dahmer was often caught in questionable situations but was never actually arrested until 1991, due to the incompetence of the system and racism prevailing in America at the time. He was eventually caught in his Milwaukee apartment on July 22, 1991, and was sentenced to fifteen terms of life imprisonment. The series, as thrilling as it is, is also utterly gruesome, and meant for those with a strong stomach only. The series has been touted as one of Netflix’s biggest releases with an impressive 496 million hours of viewership, gathering a major fanbase across the globe.

Another beloved Netflix original, Never Have I Ever has been a hit since season 1. The relatable characters and questionable plotlines make for an entertaining watch whether you’re an Indian or not. Season 3 is a particularly exciting watch as Devi finally gets what she’s wanted for a long, long time — to be Paxton Hall Yoshida’s girlfriend. However, this exciting trip is short lived as Devi’s insecurities get the best of her, causing her and Paxton to break up. And just as fans hoped for a Ben and Devi reunion, they were delivered another desi hottie in the form of Des, Nalini’s friend’s son. But it’s never as easy and breezy as it seems, because Des it turns out is the typical Indian mama’s boy who does whatever she asks. Aside from the Devi and co. drama, the show barely focuses on Kamala and Nalini’s respective love lives, which is a bit of a let down for older Never Have I Ever fans.
