Nicknamed a ‘Cosmopolitan Haven,’ this Lower Parel home is nestled in a premium luxury complex. The cozy home is designed by The Little Details, a bespoke multi-disciplinary Interior Design firm based in Mumbai. Founded in 2017 by Jesal Lodha, the studio’s expertise lies in an eye for detail and attention to the clients’ needs.  

The decor follows the client’s brief of ‘Modern Luxury,’ and is an amalgamation of several little design details. The four bedroom house is characterised by simple lines, intricate furniture pieces, accented by pops of colour.  

In the living room, the fine metallic paint adds a measure of theatrics. As you walk through the passage that leads to the bedrooms, a kaleidoscope of images awaits you. The long mirrored passage encapsulated with Turkish glass gives the home its bold identity.  

The master bedroom spotlights the eye-catching French-style wainscot panel wardrobes, washed in a cobalt blue; while the rest of the room maintains a minimalistic design. Plush rugs dot each room, giving it an abstract accent.  

The corner spaces shine bright in another bedroom, where a vintage set of drawers also function as an all-important work desk. 

The ‘Den’ or TV room is a blend of brass hues and textures. The colourful cushions and rug are tied together by the neutral palette of the upholstery. 

The highlight of the home is the sweeping balcony that envelops the entire apartment. The wooden park-style bench is the perfect spot for chai and conversations; while the planter filled wall alongside it provides relief from the concretized surroundings.
