Veronica’s – Brekkie Of Champs Menu

Veronica’s new breakfast menu introduces dishes like Carbonara Scramble with bacon bits and pepper cream cheese, Choriz Chilli Fry Skillet Eggs, and breakfast tacos such as Pastrami Burnt Ends with scrambled eggs and pickles or Avocado & Refried Beans with basil pesto and burrata. The bakery lineup includes Kerala Egg Puff with spiced egg curry, Smoked Corn Danish with basil cream and mozzarella, and the Char Siu Chicken Bun topped with chicken floss and black sesame. Sweet additions include the Winter Berry & Pistachio Tart and the Apple Pie Croissant Bun filled with cinnamon-cooked apples and vanilla custard. New beverages range from Salted Caramel Popcorn Latte to Parsley Ginger Ale Cold Brew, offering both rich and refreshing options to pair with the menu.

The restaurant’s menu blends European culinary traditions with global influences, curated by Group Culinary Director Dennis Koll, offering dishes like Truffle Pasta, Coco Lobster, and signature desserts such as Hazelnut Tiramisu. The ambience combines luxury with a dynamic, evolving design, featuring artificial skylights and a private chamber for intimate events.

Blah!, which first opened doors in BKC, has now unveiled its newest branch in Santacruz West. Co-founded by Niketa P Sharma, Dilip Rawat, Anikta P Sharma, and Yogesh Rawat, this 4,400-square-foot space is designed to offer a dining experience for brunch lovers, cocktail enthusiasts, and those seeking an intimate dinner. The menu, curated by Chef Rahul Desai, features both crowd favourites from the original location and new offerings like the Thai Watermelon & Feta Salad, Wood-Fired Neapolitan-Style Pizzas, and Truffle Mushroom Toast. The cocktail menu, created by Dimi Lezinska, includes drinks inspired by cities around the world.
