The specially curated Navroz no Bhonu on 20 March invites guests to immerse themselves in a menu inspired by Irani Parsi café traditions blended with the chef’s Bengal influenced culinary journey.

The appetiser spread brings together beloved Parsi favourites including Chicken Farcha, Mutton Cutlets, Vegetable Cutlets, Dal ni Pakodi and the ever popular Parsi Fish Fry. Traditional steamed delicacies such as Patra ni Machhi and Patra ni Paneer add aromatic richness to the experience.
The heart of the menu celebrates comforting gravies and rice preparations with Sali Boti finished with crisp potato sali, Kolmi no Patio, Chicken Dhansak and Veg Dhansak. Accompaniments include Berry Pulao, Brown Rice, Dhana Jiru Rice along with kachumber, lagan nu achar and papad.
