The Best Dressed Women at the Oscars 2026
Nearly a century in, and the Oscars still know how to put on a show, especially on the red carpet. Ninety-seven years since the first Academy Awards, the glamour and fashion spectacle remain unmatched. From Isha Ambani making a surprising Oscars debut to Priyanka Chopra Jonas channeling old Hollywood glamour in Dior, here are the best-dressed stars who owned the night’s most glamorous carpet.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas
This time around, PCJ channeled old-Hollywood glamour in a custom white gown by Dior. The strapless silhouette featured a sculpted bodice that cinched at the waist before flowing into a fluid skirt, while a dramatic thigh-high slit and feather detailing along the trim balanced the gown’s otherwise minimalist elegance. She paired it with a statement Bvlgari diamond necklace and delicate studs, and Jimmy Choo heels.
Anne Hathaway
At the 2026 Oscars, Anne Hathaway returned after a decade-long hiatus in a Valentino haute couture gown adorned with delicate champagne-toned floral embroidery cascading across the fabric, creating the effect of a bouquet blooming over the silhouette. The mermaid-style dress featured a dramatic floor-length train and was paired with elbow-length opera gloves, lending the ensemble an Old Hollywood finish. She paired it with high jewellery from Bvlgari, including a statement necklace set with a rare 8.02-carat vivid yellow diamond surrounded by nearly 100 diamonds. Honestly, we loved this subtle nod to her iconic The Devil Wears Prada legacy, proving that florals can indeed be groundbreaking.
Isha Ambani
Last night, Isha Ambani made her Oscars red-carpet debut in a rare archival piece from Valentino, choosing a vintage couture gown originally presented in the label’s Fall/Winter 2006–07 collection. The strapless silhouette featured a sharply structured black bodice that flowed into a champagne-toned skirt richly embroidered with clusters of multicoloured florals crafted with beads and sequins that added a dimensional shimmer under the red-carpet lights. Along with the ensemble, her statement diamond ribbon choker by Lorraine Schwartz did quite the talking.
Kylie Jenner
To nobody’s surprise, Kylie Jenner delivered one of the night’s most talked-about fashion moments in a striking custom look by Schiaparelli. The deep-rouge, body-hugging gown featured a halter neckline and a dramatic keyhole cut-out at the bust, sculpting the silhouette into an old-Hollywood bombshell shape reminiscent of the animated icon Jessica Rabbit. Crafted with shimmering fabric and a figure-skimming fit that flared subtly toward the hem, the dress screamed couture drama. And the diamonds by Lorraine Schwartz, reportedly totalling nearly 200 carats, were the cherry on the cake.
Chase Infiniti
Chase Infiniti had her princess moment in a custom lilac gown by Louis Vuitton, marking her debut at Hollywood’s biggest night. The sculptural dress, crafted over more than 750 hours, featured a sweetheart neckline and dramatic cascading ruffles running along the silhouette. Infiniti elevated the look with a striking diamond choker from De Beers, centred around a 9.06-carat fancy intense yellow diamond. Finished with dewy, skin-focused makeup and soft lilac tones that echoed the gown’s palette, the ensemble captured a youthful take on modern red-carpet glamour.
Elle Fanning
Not just Infiniti, Elle Fanning also leaned into a vision of modern fairytale glamour in a custom Givenchy gown designed by Sarah Burton. The strapless silhouette featured a sculpted corset bodice that flared into a voluminous tulle ball skirt, delicately embroidered with wisteria motifs rendered in silk threads of blues, pinks, lilacs and silver, each petal meticulously hand-stitched to create an almost floating effect across the gown. Styled by Samantha McMillen, the look was [aired with archival Cartier diamonds, including a rare 1903 necklace inspired by wisteria blooms.
At the Oscars 2026, diamonds did all the talking. Pratik Shah, Founder, ESTAA shares, ” When you see natural diamonds on the Oscars red carpet — whether a 16-carat green diamond or a 1920s pearl-and-diamond bracelet — you’re watching something that transcends fashion. Diamonds carry memory, provenance, and intention. That is why, across cultures and centuries, they remain the ultimate expression of what we consider precious.”
