The Crème de la crème at Geneva Watch Days 2025
Geneva had its own heartbeat last week, and no, it wasn’t the chiming of church bells by the lake, but the rhythmic tick of horology’s finest. Geneva Watch Days 2025 turned the city into a playground for collectors, connoisseurs, and dreamers, where time was less about minutes and more about marvels of craftsmanship. Amid champagne clinks and hushed conversations over sapphire crystals and skeleton dials, six luxury watches rose above the rest. Read on to know more about the wrist-bound wonders that made Geneva pulse with excitement.
TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph Tourbillon & Tourbillon Extreme Sport with TH-Carbonspring

After six years of research and an investment of CHF 50 million, TAG Heuer’s new TH-Carbonspring tech debuts in these two flagship models. The Tourbillon Extreme Sport climbs high with an asking price around $40,000 (₹35 lakh) for the premium version, while the Carrera Chronograph starts at about $17,900 (₹15 lakh). These pieces combine ultralight composite springs with bold design cues for those who demand performance and prestige.
Bvlgari Octo Finissimo Lee Ufan & Marble Tourbillon

Bvlgari brought its art lover’s touch with the limited-edition Lee Ufan model, featuring minimalist stone-mirror dial cues in sculptural titanium just 5.5mm thick. Meanwhile, the Marble Tourbillon (only limited to 30 pieces) frames a flying tourbillon with an Italian marble dial, which is beautiful, architectural, and rare. These are collector’s pieces in the truest sense.
Ulysse Nardin Freak X Crystalium

Ulysse Nardin’s Freak X Crystalium is equal parts shock and awe. With a crystallised ruthenium baseplate finished in rose-gold PVD and its signature ‘no-hands’ flying carousel telling time, this edition is flashy yet technical. It’s expensive, expect pricing north of CHF 42,000 (₹37+ lakh), but for Freak fans, it may well be the most legible, dazzling version yet.
Zenith Defy Chronograph USM

Pairing bold color-blocking with haute mechanics, Zenith’s collaboration with USM (the modular furniture brand) yielded four chronographs in electric hues- Gentian Blue, Pure Orange, Yellow and Green, each limited to 60 pieces. Under the hood is the legendary high-beat El Primero 400 movement offering around 50 hours of power reserve. Around $11,800 (₹11-12 lakh), it’s sporty, vibrant, and technically solid.
Doxa SUB 750T

For those who want serious diver chops with unconventional style, Doxa’s new SUB 750T hits a sweet spot. Though large in size (45mm x ~47mm), it’s slimmer in profile than prior models and now offered in 8 signature colourways with an impressive 750m water resistance. The brand’s bead-of-rice bracelet or matching rubber strap makes it a conversation piece. It’s rugged, pool-ready, and undeniably luxurious.
Frederique Constant Classic Perpetual Calendar Manufacture (2025 models)

A more understated gem, but no less luxurious, the 2025 version of this perpetual calendar comes in steel and yellow gold (limited to 37 pieces for the gold variant). The dial layout includes day, date, month, and moonphase, driven by the in-house FC-776 movement with ~72-hour power reserve. It’s elegance without ostentation, a dress watch for those who cherish craftsmanship over flash.
