Mumbai’s wellness calendar finds its most soulful expression as India Soul Fest arrives at Phoenix Palladium on 24 and 25 January 2026. Set within South Mumbai’s premier luxury and lifestyle destination, the two day festival is a thoughtfully curated celebration of wellness, creativity, music, and mindful living.
Designed as a holistic pause within the city, the festival weaves ancient wisdom with contemporary wellbeing through its Mindful Arena of yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic release, dance journeys, soulful baithaks, and conversations, alongside keynote sessions by Inshaa Arora and Suyash Singh of Aum India Wellness Centre, an SRMD Yoga workshop, and day-two sessions led by Manny Anchan, MAAsterG**, Sun Kyeong, Emilie Weston, and Kainaz Motivala. Complementing this are restorative spaces like the Zen Den for sound healing and embodied practices, the Oracle Oasis for intuitive and spiritual insights, creative zones that channel expression through art and mindfulness, a thoughtfully designed Kids’ Corner, and a conscious marketplace featuring mindful brands and nourishing cuisine. More than a festival, India Soul Fest 3.0 positions itself as a community-led invitation to slow down, reconnect, and realign: an urban sanctuary where healing, creativity, and conscious living unfold long after the music fades.
