The capital now has a new Thai restaurant. Erawaan at The Claridges is all about wholesome Thai food like lotus stem, jasmine rice, and fish preparations of white clam and red snapper. The interiors pay homage to the long-standing history of India and Thailand, with Thai art inspired by the Ramayana on the walls.

Translating to ‘cheers’ in Japanese, the newly opened Kampai in DLF Promenade is a celebration of Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is truly a celebration of Japanese cuisine. Indulge in dishes such as fresh sashimi and sushi, ramen, tempura and gyozas. The place also serves char-grilled lobsters, Tuna Pizza and Nori-Crusted Salmon Steak, along with a delectable array of salads Robatayaki skewers, which are among the restaurant’s main additions. Nestled in South-East Delhi’s posh locality, at The Manor Hotel in Friends Colony West, Atelier House Hospitality debuts in India with the restaurant, INJA. It is a seamless integration of Japanese and Indian flavours; the menu boasts a variety of options from Alaskan Crab Raj Kachori to Shisu leaf Tuna and Pomelo Chaat and Gobi 65 Maki. INJA ties together the essence of two cultures and allows diners to embark on a culinary journey bridging the flavours of India and Japan. INJA was the brainchild of Chef Adwait Anantwar while living in Dubai, and bringing a Dubai-based chef to India, meant a revelation in the food scene.
