In a Pickle evokes that exact mood: a savoury blend of Don Julio Blanco, fermented cucumber, shiitake pickle brine, and yuzu kosho. It’s crowned with a crunchy pickled salad, inviting you to sip, crunch, and savour. Every element is deliberate, crafted with Gaijin’s trademark precision and imagination.

6. KOKO- Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad

Known for setting a high benchmark in modern Asian dining and cocktails, KOKO brings something new to the table this July with a limited-edition tequila cocktail menu in collaboration with Patrón. Available at KOKO Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad till 31st July, the special menu is designed to mark World Tequila Day, offering a sharp, spirited snapshot of how versatile and exciting tequila can be.

Designed for both tequila enthusiasts and curious newcomers, the menu showcases the spirit’s versatility through five distinct serves.
