It’s bold, colourful, and a true representation of opulence. When Bvlgari launches a new high jewelry collection, it always generates excitement. The buzz began when Priyanka Chopra Jonas, the brand’s ambassador, was seen wearing a stunning diamond and emerald necklace at the Met Gala. This appearance marked the unveiling of the new Bvlgari Polychroma High Jewelry collection. The iconic necklace, named Magnus Emerald, features an incredible emerald weighing 241.06 carats and showcases one of the largest and most exquisite precious stones in the world.

The spotlight was on global ambassador Anne Hathaway, who looked fabulous wearing the Cosmic Vault necklace, a stunning piece that celebrates celestial beauty and architectural greatness, featuring a gorgeous 123.35-carat sugarloaf sapphire right in the centre. Brand ambassador Zendaya also turned heads on the Met Gala red carpet, shining in beautiful High Jewelry with a diamond ring, Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond studs, and an eye-catching Serpenti diamond brooch.
After giving everyone a sneak peek at the Met Gala 2025 red carpet, Bvlgari introduced the Polychroma High Jewelry Collection, which is all about vibrant colours, unique shapes, and exceptional craftsmanship. This collection was revealed in the breathtaking Greek Theatre of Taormina during an unforgettable event that really showcased the amazing pieces.
Overall, each creation and the collection itself sparkles with colour and oversized precious stones. Polychroma features nearly 250 new High Jewelry and High-End watch pieces, including five standout masterpieces and 60 pieces for the millionaires, which is the highest number ever shown. The inspiration
Polychroma is all about celebrating the amazing variety of human and cultural diversity, using it as a source of inspiration to keep reinventing shapes and colors. It takes you on a vibrant trip through the rich hues of different cultures and places, sparking Bvlgari’s creativity. By mixing these different influences, they turn colourful gems and stunning gold designs into one-of-a-kind pieces. With bold asymmetry and unexpected contrasts, Bvlgari has a unique take on High Jewelry. Each piece comes from a bunch of inspirations, making it a fluid expression of ever-changing creativity, transforming colours, shapes, textures, and jewellery-making techniques.
One of the standout pieces is the Emerald Exuberance necklace, which shows off the amazing artistry of nature and human skill in a beautiful way. At its centre is a 51.10-carat drop-shaped emerald from Colombia, radiating that vibrant green colour that seems to flow like liquid light. It almost draws you in with its mesmerising intensity. Coming from Colombia’s famous emerald mines, this gem has a depth of colour and unique inclusions thanks to the special geological conditions there.
Another impressive piece is the Bvlgari Cosmic Vault necklace, which captures both architectural style and cosmic beauty. Inspired by the iconic domes of Rome, it features a 123.35-carat Sri Lankan sugarloaf sapphire, whose unique shape reminds you of the limitless sky and the human spirit’s journey upward. This piece is a nod to Rome, capturing the spirit of openness and connection. The beautiful sugarloaf sapphire has a domed shape that really brings out its rich, velvety blue, like a slice of the night sky. A sparkling cluster of diamonds adds to its celestial vibe, with four carefully placed stones framing the whole look. It took over 1,500 hours of skilled craftsmanship to create this necklace, which perfectly balances elegance and brilliance. The artisan’s vision brings together more than 200 carefully arranged modular elements that flow with movement, giving you the feeling of floating through a starry realm filled with cosmic light.
Lastly, the Celestial Mosaic necklace is a true display of colour and detail. At its heart is a fiery 131.21-carat spinel from Tajikistan, paired with a bright Paraiba tourmaline. The design is inspired by the Tree of Life mosaic found in Jericho. Created over 2,300 hours by two master goldsmiths, the necklace features almost 200 unique elements, each one shaped and placed with precision to bring the whole piece to life.
