Guests can end the weekend on a culinary high in Neuma’s sun-drenched interiors, while they enjoy the all-new brunch menu. Those looking for Eggs can try dishes like Çılbır, poached egg, chili butter, charred chili, and coriander salsa; or the Crab Omelet, fluffy omelet with crab chunks. Guests who wish to keep it light can try Saladslike Apples, maple mustard dressing, candied walnuts, and Tomme de Bombai cheese. Heartier options include Toasts like Mushrooms on Toast with kale pesto and chevre mousse; and the Neuma French Toast, brioche, pistachio and berries. Potato lovers will enjoy dishes like Veggie Baked Potato, roasted vegetables, Tomme de Bombai cheese, sour cream and chili oil; and Potato Galette, with kale pesto and Tomme de Bombai cheese, with an option to add smoked salmon. Guests can also try Sandwiches & Burgers like the Mini Crab Patty Burger, with tartar and house-made hot sauce; the Mini Lobster Roll; and the Cured Chorizo Croque Madame.  For Dessert, guests can choose from options like Souffle Pancakes with berries and fruit; Cashew Agave Moussewith chocolate frizz and poached fruit; and Mascarpone & Berry Eton Mess with Italian meringue shards.
To wash it all down, guests can sip on brunch cocktails like the Icey Irish, Wake Up Mary and the Neuma Bellini. Those abstaining from alcohol can try Smoothies like the Passion For Hangover, Going Nutty and Orange Verde.

Koishii’s culinary maestros have carefully curated a special Omakase Weekend menu meaning ‘I leave it up to you’ in Japanese, complimenting the selections in addition to the A la carte menu. The menu showcases a variety of dishes from its three kitchens: the hot kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill. Some of the signature dishes guests can select from are Nikkei dishes, delicious signature selections by him like Mango Ceviche, Lima to Tokyo Tiradito, Watermelon Carpaccio, Hamachi Ceviche, Salmón Tropical, Machu Picchu 190 and Seco Norteño (Lamb Shank).
Koishii will now be open for lunch every Saturday and Sunday and will feature lunch specials as well as a degustation menu crafted by expert master chefs. Nestled at the Penthouse at Level 37, Koishii will offer a harmonious blend of the culinary traditions of Peru and Japan.

O Pedro celebrates their fifth anniversary with an all new menu. Inspired by Goa’s many vibrant cuisines, the food at O Pedro retains the comfort and elegance of Goan food, with an edge that comes from innovation and the occasional contemporary element. The new selection includes vegetarian half plates like Pastel De Queijo with baked brie, caramelized onions, smoked pepper fondue and bitter greens; Chilled “Caldo Verde” served with house-made cheese, leek mousse and kale chips; and the Portuguese-inspired Mushroom BUL-HAO PATO made with spiced pastry, smoked squash puree and pickled onions.  The new, sumptuous meat and seafood offering includes – B**f Tartare “Cutless Poee” served with coconut vinegar cream, spicy salsa and kokum crackers; Grilled Octopus ‘AMBO-TIK’ in a kokum-red chilli masala presented with a crisp snow pea salad. For those keen to experiment, Pork Belly Stuffed Peppers with shrimps, crispy garlic and tamarind ponzu; is a twist on the traditional. There is Chicken SHA-CUTI – a spicy Goan grilled chicken curry with tamarind & mace and B**F Short Rib Green Curry – a spicy cilantro-coconut curry served with roasted kohlrabi and pickled shallots. End your meal on a sweet note with a portion of indulgent Portuguese Almond Cake served with roasted figs, vanilla bean ice cream and lime leaf oil.
