Louis Vuitton kickstarts Paris Fashion Week FW’24

Pharrell brought to the runway Louis Vuitton’s FW’24 collection. The collection brought the spirit of the American West to Paris Louis Vuitton set its FW24 presentation against a desert backdrop, which offered a mix of hot and chilly sceneries. As expected from the musician-designer, another excellent soundtrack accompanied the show, including live sounds by indigenous performers. On the runway, Louis Vuitton FW24 Damier denim suits, pixelated cow prints, red checkered ‘fits, floral embroidered sets, heavily embellished outerwear, LV cowboy hats, ostrich leather boots, cowboy boots, and lots and lots of fringes.

When it comes to luxury news for the week, it seems like there is some good news for Hugo Boss. The brands’ turnaround efforts are paying off with non-audited sales for the year coming in at 4.2 billion euros, up 15 per cent. “We ended 2023 on a high note, making it a record year for Hugo Boss,” said Chief Executive Officer Daniel Grieder. He said that double-digit improvements in both sales and profits in the fourth quarter “are all the more remarkable considering the current challenging global market environment.”
