Festive Cocktails to Toast to Christmas

WinterBerry Wonderland
Ingredients:
- 2 oz 1800 Tequila Reposado
- 1 oz Mixed Berry Puree (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Mixed Berries & Mint (Garnish)
Method:
In a shaker, muddle a few mixed berries. Add 1800 Tequila Reposado, Mixed berry puree, lime juice and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mix of berries & mint.
Clausmopolitan
Ingredients:
- 45ml Russian Standard Vodka
- 60ml Pomegranate Juice
- 10ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Tonic Water (to top up)
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well with ice to chill. Strain into a glass and top with tonic water. Garnish with a lime slice for a refreshing twist.
Jingle Berry Cooler
Ingredients:
- 45ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
- 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 20ml Raspberry Syrup
- Ginger Ale (to top up)
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, combine Hayman’s Old Tom Gin, lime juice, and raspberry syrup. Shake vigorously with ice to combine. Strain into a glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with fresh raspberries to bring a pop of colour and flavour.
Festive Fireside Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2 oz 1800 Tequila Añejo
- 0.25 oz agave syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: cherry
Method:
In a mixing glass, combine the Añejo Tequila, agave syrup, and bitters. Add ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Express the orange peel over the glass, rubbing it around the rim and dropping it into the drink. Garnish with a cherry.
Sloe & Steady Christmas
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Hayman’s Sloe Gin
- 4 oz hot apple cider
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Garnish: Lemon wheel and a cinnamon stick
Method:
Heat the apple cider in a saucepan or microwave until warm. In a mug, combine Hayman’s Gin and lemon juice. Pour the warm apple cider into the mug and stir. Add a cinnamon stick and garnish with a lemon wheel.
Santa’s Warm Hug
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Brown Sugar syrup (made by dissolving brown sugar in hot water)
- 4 oz Hot brewed coffee
- Fresh whipped cream
Method:
Preheat an Irish coffee glass by filling it with hot water, then empty it. Pour Irish whiskey and brown sugar syrup into the glass. Add hot brewed coffee and stir. Top with a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream.
