Established in 1683, one of the brand’s top priorities are its customers. “Gaggenau is known for its high-end customised products, which are designed keeping in mind the consumer’s needs,” says Neeraj Bahl, Managing Director & CEO at BSH Household appliances.

So, if a customer wants a bottom mount instead of a top mount on an appliance or wants the fridge to open on the left side instead of right or wants the knob on the mid-section of the cooktop instead of the top section, Gaggenau makes these for them. Bahl adds, “It’s a personalised experience and that is the ultimate luxury.”
