Taido is one of the new restaurants and menus in Delhi NCR for pan-Asian lovers. Nestled in the upmarket Le Meridien Gurugram, the restaurant focuses on innovative cuisine with a fusion of modern Asian dining and a Japanese soul. At Taido, you can enjoy a menu that draws inspiration from Japanese cuisine, reimagined in various Asian regions such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. Savour the delicious dishes and drinks available, like the Oh Noodles cocktail, Togarashi Burrata with edamame and shiso miso dressing, Charred Prawn and Mango with mizuna and lotus shavings, and Taido Butter Prawns with curry leaves and egg floss. The restaurant’s unique decor uses a mix of cane and bamboo elements, along with vibrant green interiors and a pink ceiling, creating a visually stunning atmosphere. The wallpaper, murals, and paintings pay tribute to the picturesque landscapes of Asia.

We’re all in for Taco Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays… and every day with this new spot for tacos and pizzas. Nestled in Delhi’s design district at The Gallery, MG Road Bomba is one of the few places that feature in this list of New restaurants and menus in Delhi NCR that is worth trying. Tantalizing your senses, the playful space with handpainted walls, and cane furniture, the space is divided into two kitchens – one for fresh pizzas with a wood oven and the other for tacos.
Founders Alisha Mehra Naidu and Kula Naidu began Bomba with a simple thought- a love for pizzas, tacos, creating cool menus and feeding their friends. The highlight for me at Bomba was the tacos that come in a soft shell with generous filling.  If you enjoy seafood opt for the fish taco, the Adobo Charred Chicken taco is another non-vegetarian alternative. For vegetarians, the sweet potato taco is a must-have.  While the range of pizzas is exotic the burrata pizza is just divine as is the pepperoni and they are complemented with pastas which are freshly hand-rolled. My personal favourite pasta was the Smoke Chili Vodka Fettucine with burrata chilli oil. At the restaurant’s pasta bar pizza lovers can enjoy a selection of 12 classic Neapolitan or wafer thin-crust pizzas.
Quick service, efficient staff and a casual ambience make this the ideal spot for relaxed weekends and weekday indulgence.

Looking for new restaurants and menus in Delhi NCR that serve unique cuisines? Then it’s time to head to CHÔ at Mehrauli’s designer haven, Ambawatta One. Overlooking the Qutub Minar, the two-storey restaurant transports you to Vietnam. It boasts interiors that are earthy with the use of wood, cane and tropical painting on the wall indoors and a romantic ambience on the terrace.  Helmed by Chef Vaibhav Bhargava, Vietnamese delicacies and flavours bring out authenticity on a plate at CHÔ. Artistically plated the menu reimagines vibrant street food and regional favourites of the Mekong Delta and Nguyen Dynasty, housing a symphony of delightful textures and a healthy mix of traditional and avant-garde dishes.
The vast menu features everything from mock meat to sushi, gyoza’s, Pho, Vietnamese bowls, Banh Mi sandwiches, hot pots, baos, dumplings, and rice paper rolls among small dishes, followed by the customary hot pots and pho (a traditional Vietnamese one-pot meal) among large dishes. The star drool drivers are Chicken Phô, Tenderloin Phô, Salads, gluten-free dumplings, root vegetable dumplings, rice paper rolls, tofu and spicy avocado bao. It also has a host of other delightful additions, such as spring rolls, and the chef’s signature Vietnamese pizza with chicken chorizo or mushroom.
Some of the dishes that stood out for me were the traditional summer rolls and Nuoc Cham sauce, the YUMMIEST Banh Mi Chicken sandwich with Banh Mi bread, Phở chicken, pickled onion, spicy mayonnaise, cucumber, lettuce, Vietnamese herbs, Chicken Chili Gyoza Pan-seared dumplings, Warm Crispy Eggplant, Wasabi Mushrooms, Mushroom spring rolls and Yakitori chicken.
