New Restaurants
Cafe Dali
Refined Italian cuisine now has a new spot in the capital. Ristorante by Café Dali brings a surge of culture and flavour to the capital, with each ingredient sourced fresh from across Europe. Making the experience more exquisite every pasta is hand rolled and every sauce is punched with flavour. Breaking the monotony of basic red and white sauce pasta, the menu at Ristorante by Cafe Dali is an ode to a delicate cuisine that awakens the senses and explores the imagination. With Michelin-star Chefs as consultants and curators for the menu, the dishes at Café Dali are gourmet yet deeply home-style and wholesome. Dig into handmade pasta such as the classic Cacio e Pepe, and Rigatoni in Vodka sauce or enjoy the Lobster Linguini with fresh lobster from the restaurant’s saltwater tank. Artisanal Pizzas are baked fresh in a wood-fired oven: be it the Parma Ham or the Classic Margherita. All the sauces on the menu carry a twist, the red and pink sauce is inspired by the classic Italian cocktail, the Negroni. The restaurant also carries a gluten-free and vegan menu using almond cheese and mock meats like mock chicken and duck so as to be more inclusive. The menu is tweaked on a monthly basis to bring in as much authenticity and expertise to each dish and to keep regular guests surprised at all times. The artwork on the walls pays homage to the legendary Salvadore Dali and surrealism.

Bringing a futuristic and eclectic vibe to the world of food and art, the experience here is like no other. With an indoor and outdoor dining experience, this is the perfect spot for a sunny brunch or to catch the beautiful sunset. The menu brings an amalgamation of Latin dishes that the city hasn’t witnessed before. It offers a ‘Fiesta of Flavours’ and the progressive Latin menu has been exclusively curated by Priyam Chatterjee. Flaunting dishes that scream Latin places with the attitude of Indian streets, the must-try signatures include Buff Tartare, Achari Lamb Shoulder Pibil, Pork in Coorgi Ghee Roast, tacos and nachos. Merging theatrics and flavour is the iconic Tree of Life 7-layer dessert.
Giuseppe ‘Papi’ Stasi, from Spain, has collaborated with Noche to recreate popular Caribbean cocktails with a spice of India. Some favourites are Trash Talk G&T, Van Van Colada, and El Grito. This artisanal restaurant brings together the warmth of Latin countries with the oomph of the culture of the capital.
