Atlas “F” missile silo was bought through the Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) programme. The site has been tested and declared safe for development by the State of Kansas, the Army Corps of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency. This 14-story bunker is one of the most hardened structures built back in the 60s in order to survive a direct nuclear strike. Using state-of-art technologies and ultra-modern designs, this facility has become a luxury resort.

Having 2.5 – 9 Feet thick walls, the floor plan includes penthouse units, full-floor units and half-floor Units. The condo package includes mandatory, basic survival training, a 3-year food supply per person, fully furnished and custom-designed interiors, special equipment for registered members, computer access to condo systems and much more. Top security by Military Grade Guards is maintained for safe and secure survival.

They even have three contingency plans in place to ensure that you reach the facility in case of any emergency. They also create a customised Silo complex for a single buyer, which can be anywhere from 50,000 sq. ft. up to 300,000 sq. ft. The first Silo has been completed and is sold, and Silo 2 is under construction.
