To celebrate the joyous occasion of Thanksgiving, Ether has collaborated with Mag Street Cafe and Nandan Coffee to create a limited-edition menu. Their treats include a pumpkin cruffin, filled with delicious pumpkin ganache and feuille, pecan croissant, oozing with pecan cream, pecan syrup, candied pecans with seasonal spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. With the onset of the cold weather, Nandan Coffee is also serving up a pumpkin spice latte with spiced caramel.

The Spanish Mexican restaurant gears up for Thanksgiving with a spread of pulled turkey salad, turkey bruschetta, mashed potato with gravy and a roast turkey. Thanksgiving special pies like salted caramel apple, pecan with almond praline are part of the sweet menu. A customary dash of pumpkin is part of the fare with pumpkin cupcake frosted with cinnamon cream cheese.
Those who enjoy a well-made cocktail will want to try Poco Loco’s Cranberry Pie Cocktail, Kentucky Buck, a combination of homemade bitters, ginger beer, strawberry crush, and bourbon, Dr. Loco’s Cola Gaseosa, a molecular lab concoction made with homemade cola and whisky.
Sorrentina at Foodhall is hosting a Thanksgiving Soiree in collaboration with Chef Nariman Abdygapparov and Chef Anushka Malkhani of Whisk with Us. The menu includes six-sections featuring a contemporary Italian tapas menu with family-style bakes and mains, cold small plates like a deconstructed Caesar salad, pumpkin burrata, brittle and tomato carpaccio, savoury Bomboloni with crispy eggplant, red pesto and mozzarella, Iayered patatas bravas with smoked paprika and stuffed zucchini flowers served along with fresh handmade pasta. Fresh dishes such as crab linguini with parsley and tomatoes and Mugello ravioli, buff à la Milanese, savoury crepes with ricotta, spinach, sour cream and seasonal veggies are part of the menu. For those with a sweet tooth try Sorrentina’s Tomato Crunch, a mimic tomato filled with vanilla mousse, tomato and raspberry jam and basil crunch, Mongers Cheesecake – creamy cheese mousse shaped in a form of cheese and Sicilian Cannoli – a Sicilian pistachio and chocolate cannoli.

On Friday, November 26, the restaurant has a special surprise for guests. A day-long celebration with a Burrata Bar, a travelling Prosecco trolley, a live Turkey station serving up roasted turkey, cranberry jus and roasted veggies, a floating Italian tapas menu, an Italian Dessert Garden and an evening of live music are part of the festivities.
Feast on French-style bistro, Soufflé S’il Vous Plaît’s Thanksgiving menu, curated by Chef Vidit Aren. The menu features family-style sharing roasts with all the fixings, including truffle roast chicken with chicken jus, roasted filet mignon with béarnaise brandy and black peppercorn jus, confit pressed pork belly with granny smith sauce. Choose from side dishes like mashed potato, oven roast potatoes, roasted vegetables, sautéed mushrooms, brown butter spinach, green beans with slivered almonds and the house salad.
