Svasa home is a luxurious 5BHK duplex flat located in the garden city of India, Bengaluru.

The owner of the home is a connoisseur of abstract and expressionist art, which is reflected in the elements of the home like on-the-wall designs, furniture, paintings, lights, and planters.

This massive 7,000 sq ft home has been designed by Design Cafe, a tech-enabled end-to-end home interior company based out of Bengaluru.

The foyer area features Botticino marble wall cladding, modern lights and ornamental armchairs that add glamour to the entire space.

A stunning sculpture is placed in the centre of the foyer area.

Beautiful blend of black and white in a variety of materials, textures and forms makes up the kitchen.

It has acrylic black and white laminate on the cabinet shutters, black lacquered glass on the island unit, tinted black glass crockery units and damask patterned tiles on the entry wall.

The solid wood breakfast counter is in its natural shape and form along with matching stools in a combination of wood and metal, enhancing the overall monotone of the space.

Spacious double height living room with a seating layout for 12 people looks imposing.
It is decorated with a dark blue chesterfield sofa, a large white L-shaped seater and beautiful Victorian high back arm chairs.

One wall of the living room has been designed with statuario marble and artificial plants and has a minimalistic staircase running parallel to it.

The opposite wall, keeping it simple yet classy has a beautiful painting.
