Taking a step towards sustainability, Audi launched the fully electric, E-Tron SUV and E-Tron Sportback in India today.
All the E-Tron models come with two charging sockets on either side of the fenders with an Audi provided11kW AC home charging kit and the batteries can also be recharged at 150kW DC fast charging points.
E-Tron Quattro
Exterior
The E-Tron gets a large single-frame grille, which is finished in platinum grey with digital matrix LED headlights and taillights, 20-inch graphite grey alloy wheels with orange brake callipers and a sleek panoramic glass roof.
Interior
The interior of the E-Tron features 18-way power individual contour comfort front seats with massage functions wrapped in high-quality Valcona leather seats, remote climate control, an optional air ionizer package and ventilated front seats with massage features.
EngineÂ
The E-Tron 50 comes with a 71kWh battery, powering 313hp and 540Nm of torque. With a range of 264-379 km, the 50 can go from 0-100kph in 6.8 seconds
The 55 model, on the other hand, comes with a 95kWh battery, powering 300kW and 664Nm of torque. A range of between 359-484 km makes the car sprint from 0-100kph in 5.7sec.
EntertainmentÂ
The E-Tron features a dual-touchscreen setup comprising a 10.1-inch infotainment display on top as well as an 8.8-inch display in the centre. The car also features a 705-watt Bang & Olufsen 3D Premium sound system with 16 speakers fitted throughout the interiors.

Available in eight colour options, the E-Tron SUV is priced at Rs 99.99 lakhs onwards (ex-showroom).
E-Tron Sportback
Exterior
While the overall design of the Sportback is the same as the E-Tron SUV, the Sportback model gets a tapering roofline that ends in a notchback design, inspired by the Audi A7 Sportback.
Interior
The Sportback features stylish natural wood inlays and ventilated 18-way power individual contour comfort front seats with massage functions wrapped in Valcona leather and split-folding seats in the rear.
EngineÂ
E-Tron Sportback 55 comes with a 95kWh battery, delivering 360hp and 561Nm of torque from two electric motors going from 0-100kph in 6.6sec.
EntertainmentÂ
The Sportback comes with an Audi Virtual Cockpit setup that comprises three different screens— a 12.3-inch digital driver display, a 10.1-inch infotainment system and an 8.6-inch MMI touchscreen. The infotainment system supports wireless smartphone connectivity, navigation, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Besides, there is a wireless phone charger, USB ports (front and rear).

Available in nine different colours, the E-Tron Sportback is priced at Rs 1.18 crore (ex-showroom).
