The first brand introduced in London Taxi’s incubator program is Vanakkam Café, a south-Indian kitchen with a contemporary twist. Their Onam Sadhya Thali is laden with over 17 authentic dishes served on a banana leaf. The speciality dishes include sambhar, rasam, rice, curd, ghee, appalam, banana, avial, kurma, curd chili, pineapple sheera, thoran, pickle, podi powder, banana chips, puli inji.

A sensory overload awaits you at Kappa Chakka Kandhari’s Onasadhya – Feast in a Box. 26 vegetarian delicacies are specially made by Namboodiri cooks from Kerala. The feast starts with Uppu, Cheru Pazham, Chena Nuruku, Nendrakai Nuruku, Sharkara Varatty and Pavakka Kondattam. Taste the Manga Achar, Naranga Achar, Nellika Achar and the much-loved Inji Puli pickles along with Beetroot Kichadi and Pineapple Pachadi.
