Ferrari launches the new SUV Purosangue

Making a foray into the booming SUV market, luxury car maker Ferrari revealed their highly anticipated SUV the Ferrari Purosangue. The Purosangue is a naturally-aspirated V12, Ferrari’s first-ever four-door four-seater vehicle. The four-wheel drive Purosangue also boasts 715hp and goes from 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds. Priced at USD$ 395,000 the car marries signature Prancing Horse performance with the ultimate in luxurious comfort.
Fendi celebrates 25 years of the Baguette

2022 marks the 25th anniversary of the cult favourite and to celebrate the occasion, luxury house Fendi launched an ingenious collection that exudes a hyper-luxe quotient, and is filled with glossy glamour in NYC. Making it an exclusive and luxury collection, the luxury house joined hands with Marc Jacobs, Tiffany & Co, Sarah Jessica Parker and Porter and the collection includes classic staples of the house seen through the lens of Marc Jacobs. From gigantic fur hats to monogram tracksuits, FF logo heels, sequins and metallic accents that were widespread in the collection, the range showcased Kim Jone’s love for streetwear and Marc Jacob’s playful tastes.
Louis Vuitton is opening a vegetarian pop-up in Seoul

The luxury brand is continuing on its journey in the food industry with an upcoming vegetarian restaurant pop-up opening at its Maison in Seoul. Although a temporary restaurant, it will be located on the fourth floor of the store and will be helmed by 3-star Michelin chef Alain Passard of Arpège. The interiors are inspired by a fall garden theme, and the space is decorated with a variety of flowers and leaves. There are also a ton of natural wood and rattan chairs that creates a rustic vibe. Further, Louis Vuitton has also put together sustainable napkin holders made from leftover leather. The vegetarian restaurant will be open from September 17 to October 29.
Mont Blanc unveils a new take on its 1858 Geosphere 0 Oxygen

Mont Blanc introduced a new iteration of its classic 1858 Geosphere. The previous Geosphere was released in this year’s Watches & Wonders, held in April. With a smaller, bronze case and a new blue glacier pattern to its dial, it exudes a modern touch. The 42mm bronze watch features a dial inspired by glacial ice, and is limited to 1,786 pieces, marking the date of the first ascent of the Mont Blanc by Jacques Balmat on August 8th, 1786.
Burberry and Raf Simons cancel their SS23 show after the Queen’s death

Many luxury houses have decided to cancel their upcoming Spring/Summer 2023 shows, following the death of Queen Elizabeth II. Burberry shared in a statement, “It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the passing of Her Majesty The Queen. As a mark of respect, we have taken the decision to cancel our SS23 runway show due to take place on 17 September in London. We hope to see you in the near future.”
