Inside the debut of India Design ID Mumbai 2024
India Design ID made a triumphant debut in Mumbai with its 2024 edition, after twelve successful years in New Delhi. Held from September 27 to 29 at the vibrant Jio World Garden, BKC, the event brought together the finest in luxury design, innovation, and craftsmanship. The grand preview party on September 26 set the tone for what would be an unforgettable showcase, drawing industry professionals, design enthusiasts, and influencers to explore the best of bespoke furniture, lighting, décor, and interior solutions. With over 120 premium Indian and international brands such as Asian Paints, BoConcept, Jaipur Rugs, and Natuzzi on display, the event celebrated design ingenuity across a wide spectrum.
ID Mumbai 2024 was more than just a design exhibition; it was an immersive experience. From meticulously crafted furniture to cutting-edge lighting solutions, each exhibit reflected the essence of innovation and luxury. Celebrities like Sonam Kapoor, Shehnaaz Gill, and Mandana Karimi graced the event, adding a touch of glamour, while influencers and key media figures graced the event.


The ID Symposium, a key highlight, provided a platform for thought-provoking discussions with leading designers and architects like Sou Fujimoto, Ashiesh Shah, and Vinita Chaitanya. These talks delved into the future of design, sustainability, and the intersection of culture and creativity, making it a rich space for inspiration and knowledge-sharing. Adding to the charm, the event featured unique installations, a focus on contemporary collectible designs, and a gastronomic experience with some of Mumbai’s finest eateries, blending the city’s cultural flair with its design scene. India Design ID Mumbai 2024 truly marked a milestone in the design landscape, creating a new benchmark for luxury, creativity, and innovation in the country.
