The Oberoi Group’s first independent restaurant, Cou Cou’s new menu is a celebration of comfort food showcasing signature dishes paired with fresh, local ingredients. The new menu features mouthwatering curations like braised lamb shanks, Thai steamed fish and creamed spinach filled slow cooked chicken, along with soups like potato and leek, miso mushroom, and chilled avocado and jalapenos along with salads like Cou Cou by Oberoi green salad, Californian chicken salad and beetroot tartare. Depending on your appetite, you can dig into petit plates like the mushroom bao, tempura prawns and paneer papadum or go for large plates such as truffle carbonara risotto, mac and cheese, and spicy chicken mezzelune. The bakery section at Cou Cou is one of its biggest highlights, be sure to check out decadent treats like baklava croissant, kouign amann, cinnamon brioche, warm chocolate cake, and the Cou Cou by Oberoi signature soufflé.
Mumbai’s highest and first Nikkei cuisine restaurant, Koishii at the St Regis Mumbai launched its all-new bold & balanced menu featuring eclectic flavours of Peru infused with the meticulous Japanese cooking technique. The menu curated by Peruvian Chef, Kinyo Rodas Tristan, offers a variety of “to start” dishes such as robata avocado salad, potato rellenas trufaladas, mushroom ceviche, and beetroot tiradito. Maki roll enthusiasts can try plates like spicy tuna, Latin maki, corn maki (veg) and tempura edamame maki (veg). The mains boast a selection of options ranging from robata sea bass and salmon robata tare to chicken saltado, Peruvian udon and mushroom ikari among others. Round off the meal with decadent dessert options such as the hot apple crunch Malena, lima limon sour and Amazon cacao.

Celebrating the Tahi Food Festival, Kyma is taking guests on a journey across the exotic destinations of Thailand to discover the celebrated ingredients, flavours, and aromas of Thailand. To begin with, the first stop which is the luxurious Krabi islands which inspired seafood specials such as Goong Sarong and Goong Karee, moving onto the distinctively standing limestone rock at James Bond Island, where you try steaming hot plates like Gai Pad Med Ma Muang, Sweet & Spicy Udon Noodle, and Kang Kiew Wan. The next stop is Phuket whose buzzing nightlife inspired the signature drink menu. Savour cocktails like The coconut airmail made with a combination of coconut rum, gomme syrup, triple sec, and grapefruit juice and fiery Thai ball, a concoction of fireball whisky mixed with dark rum with orange and pineapple juice shaken with cream of coconut. The stop is exploring the exquisite non-coastal regions of Thailand. Here guests will get quite a bit to choose from, tom yum soup, a staple dish of Thailand, the som tum sling cocktail from Laos, larb that migrated from Laos to Thailand, poh pia tod or Thai spring rolls from Bangkok, pla neung ma nao from central Thailand and a lip-smacking mango with sticky rice to end your meal.

Masque’s newest menu is a celebration of summer produce and regional cuisine combining the best of local spices and blends that define Indian cuisine. The menu takes off with a snaky round of crispy water chestnut coated in a blend of chaat masala, chilli and cumin powder, sugar and lime, and masala papad, followed by tadgola momos with passion fruit thukpa, a gravy called goda masala, clams and karandi loncha, and aamras puri salad. The main course is a choice of pork or jackfruit sausages made with
a Kodava spice blend and served on a sizzler alongside herbed ambemohar rice. The dessert draws upon the nostalgic treats of Maharashtra inspired by Cooper’s chocolate walnut fudge from Lonavala. The chocolate fudge is served with walnut chikki and topped with kachampuli ice cream, tart kachampuli jelly, and a kachampuli jaggery caramel.

In time for the rains, Nara Thai introduced an indulgent Monsoon Dumpling Menu with flavours inspired by Thailand. From succulent prawn dumplings to chicken and fresh vegetables, paired with a selection of zesty dipping sauces, the new menu is a must-try treat to experience this season.

Mumbai’s newest ingredient-first restaurant, Nava is all ready with its seasonal Chef’s Tasting Menu. Expertly crafted by Nava’s Chef de Cuisine, Akash Deshpande, the Summer Tasting Menu honours the essence of Konkan flavours by using popular ingredients from the Konan cuisine such as karvand, triphala, cashew fruit, yam, kokum, gondhoraj lemon, jamun and its seed, jackfruit and its seed, and mango ginger. While the inspiration for the new menu comes from Konkan cuisine, each dish is reimagined through a contemporary lens using locally sourced ingredients only. Relish in dishes like the Bombay Jewel which is Bombay Duck served with Triphala beurre blanc and wood apple sand, sukat, a typical Maharashtrian fried-shrimp side dish served with housemade crackers and sun-dried prawns, and A Shoulder To Cry On, which is a 10-hour cooked smoked pork infused with flavours of Konkan butter alongside pork chips. Vegetarians too can enjoy some flavourful creations like the Karvand & Goat Cheese, The Citrullus Rind, where spice-cured watermelon rind is grilled on a Japanese Barbecue, and the Yam Cannelloni made with fresh yam, caramelised aubergine and fennel water. The new menu features an array of starters like avocado hummus dip or truffle galotyri dip before indulging in mains like Dakos, one of the oldest dishes in Greece made with Cretan barley rusk, tomato, kalamata olives, feta, mint, and lemon. Another must-try is the chicken and truffle Bourek, a crispy phyllo pastry filled with braised chicken and graviera cheese, offering a classic dish with a modern twist. Offering a traditional taste of Greece, the Ntolmadakia Me Arnaki comprises a 24-hour braised lamb shoulder, stuffed vine leaf, potato, and tzatziki. Non-vegetarians, on the other hand, can try out delicacies like chicken yakitori skewers, Kerala pepper fry pita pockets, and kasundi prawn tostada. For mains, choose from burrata pink sauce fettuccine, shawarma buddha bowl, and yaki udon noodles to name a few. Presenting a delightful fusion of flavours and cultural traditions, the menu includes offerings like black truffle and porcini mushroom sticky rice, prawn and water chestnut sticky rice, sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf accompanied by either chicken, prawn, or shiitake mushroom, and braised pork belly in lotus leaf concluded with the Cantonese steamed custard bun — a fluffy treat filled with custard complemented by the savoury zongzi.
