Neutral tones

Walking through the entrance lobby, one is instantly taken aback by the grand spectacle of a sunken ceiling decorated with mirrors, and a glorious chandelier. The neutral-toned walls are complemented with grey-and-white marble flooring fashioned in an exciting geometric pattern.

Following the entrance lobby, the formal living area is designed in a similar neutral tone with contemporary style seating and some classical touches like the table lamp, wall art and a show-stopping mirror-clad coffee table. Though a mostly neutral ambience, the lobby gets a colourful touch from the upholstery, table lamp and vibrant paintings.

A softly curved arch separates the living area from the dining room which is adorned in a bold floral motif wallpaper. A marble inlay table with elegant, upholstered chairs in a rich blue hue, the head chairs are different from the rest. They come in a two-tone upholstery with plain fabric on the inside and exotic prints quite similar to the wallpaper, on the outside. A bespoke, custom-designed chandelier above the dining table adds to the exaggerated style of the room.

The master bedroom is furnished in neutral tones with quaint brown cane-panelled walls. The gleaming four-poster bed is made of brass and matches the classical crystal wall sconces placed on either side of it.

The living area adjoining the master bedroom is a warm and delightful space with wooden panelling on the walls and a collection of colourful floral paintings.

The kid’s bedrooms are quite unique and different from each other. While one is decorated with neutral walls, artworks and upholstery, (barring the mustard yellow chair), the other has a much more striking presence with patterned walls, deep blue bedding and a striking red Persian carpet.

The topmost floor houses the lift lobby, the terrace bar and lounge, a pergola through which you can access a massage room and a powder room.
A night to remember

One of the most glamorous spaces in the residence has to be the terrace bar. A stylish black-and-white striped marble table with a mirror-covered base accentuated with brass highlights is perfectly complemented by chic leather bar stools. The deep brown hue of the stools, along with dark decorative ceiling and black flooring add to the allure of the bar, while a cluster of pendant lights set the mood.

The bar lounge is decorated to resemble the terrace bar, with similar walls, and a statement black-and-white inlay coffee table. Accent chairs, wall art and twin crystal chandeliers invigorate the space further.

The terrace powder room is characterised by a delicate, enchanting chandelier and intricately crafted tiles. With the glamorous bar, bar lounge and powder room, the terrace become the ideal spot for entertainment.
