The restaurant is making up for the lackluster year with a menu that has twice the indulgence and double the merriment. Their Christmas Fiesta is an elaborate Goan and Portuguese spread that plays on seasonality, travel and the classics! The highlights include Confit Sardines, Suckling Pig Porchetta, Whole Dry-aged Duck with Xacuti, and Nana Cardoz’s Famous Christmas Pie.

Chef Rahul Akerkar is offering a hearty menu for Christmas with traditional main dishes like like Turkey Porchetta and Spiced Maple Duck Porchetta with gravy, fig walnut stuffing and fermented cranberry chutney and Savoury piced Baklava with chestnuts, pumpkin, cranberry, chickpeas and parmesan fondue. They also have delicious side dishes and desserts. End the meal with Qualia’s Christmas Pudding with crème Anglaise. Add their 1-Step Mulled Wine cocktail (which pairs best with wine or dark rum) to complete the Christmas experience.
