Glenmorangie’s A Tale of Cake
This dessert-like whisky was developed when Dr Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie’s Director of Whiskey Creation, found himself musing over how some of his most joyful memories involved cake. From baking with his granny, to the pineapple upside down cake his daughter made him for his birthday, he wanted to encapsulate the magic of cake in a single malt. He experimented by finishing Glenmorangie in Tokaji dessert wine casks. Thus was born this burst of sweet, candy-like flavours – honey, white chocolate, apricot, almond, vanilla and pears, balanced by zesty orange and menthol.

Templeton Rye: Maple Cask Finish Whiskey
This whisky is the first limited-edition expression in Templeton’s innovative Barrel Finish Series. Expertly finished in oak barrels that were specifically seasoned with maple syrup, produced, and shipped from the Vermont farm to the Iowa distillery. Using this syrup, the Templeton team seasoned 80 empty barrels, which were then turned daily for a two-month period to allow the syrup to soak into the wood staves and maximize the flavours. This resulted in a whisky balanced between subtle tones of sweetness and Templeton’s complex notes of rye spice.

Sheep Dog Peanut Butter Whiskey
