Renowned for its luxury hotels and resorts, Aman has announced a new project in Miami. It includes a hotel and branded residences and will welcome its first guests and residents in 2023. It is the brand’s second urban project in U.S. after Aman New York which is expected to begin operations in 2020. Other properties in U.S. include Amangani in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah.
Aman has under its umbrella a host of hotels, resorts and private residences which could be owned on leasehold basis. The development will be built on the land which was once Versailles hotel and will span across 2 buildings at 3425 Collins avenue. Located adjacent to the Faena district, a prime 4-block stretch of Miami beach, the Collins avenue is an apt location for a rich cultural experience.

Vladislav Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman, under his leadership will run the new project just like the one in New York, along with the real-estate development firm, OKO group. It remains the only developer for the project. This makes sure that the development happens as per his true vision by an international real estate development firm which specialises in luxury residential, commercial and hospitality properties. “My strategy for Aman places continued focus on developing further urban destinations for the brand following the success of similar projects such as Aman Tokyo,” adds Doronin.
