Birthday girl Gigi Hadid’s most stylish looks

American model Gigi Hadid celebrates her birthday on 23 April, and we’re celebrating this special day with an ode to the stylish model’s best looks. Born in 1995, and named Jelena Noura Hadid on birth, Gigi, now 26, started modelling when she was all of two, for Baby Guess. More recently, the Victoria Secret angel has modelled for Versace, Fendi, Gucci, Anna Sui, Miu Miu, Balmain, Diane Von Furstenberg, Tommy Hilfiger, Valentino and Chanel. The supermodel has been with singer Zayn Malik since 2015, and in September 2020, Hadid gave birth to their daughter, Khai. Hadid comes from a family of models, and has always been experimental both on and off the runway with her chic fashion statements. 

Birthday girl  

For her birthday party in 2019, Gigi Hadid went casual in a white and blue denim ensemble. Seen in the picture above with sister Bella Hadid, the siblings make a solid case for a classic jean jacket look, accessorised with slim hoops and layered chain necklaces.  

Fashionable in faux fur

Hadid looks decidedly adorable in a pale pink faux-fur bunny coat that she wore for the BurberryAW21 virtual show. With all the buzz surrounding this piece, it’s sure to become a must-have from the British brand’s new collection.

Baby Bump Glow 

New mother to Khai, Hadid dressed in a simple ribbed shift to flaunt her baby bump. The picture was posted on her Instagram just a month before the birth of her daughter in August 2020, and showcases the model’s casual off-duty style.

Majestic maternity photoshoot

In a series of photos released from her maternity photo shoot, the model looks absolutely divine. She is draped in a sheer olive green number from Brandon Maxwell’s Fall/Winter 2020 collection.

Classic Coachella  

In a getup that looks like it was made for the music festival, Hadid exudes a fun summer vibe at Coachella 2019. Designed by Kim Shui, the tie-dye look is complete with retro sunglasses and black Doc Martens, a smart choice for a long day of standing at the festival.

The sister act

The gorgeous Hadid sisters strike a pose on the MTV Music Awards red carpet, in 2019. Gigi sports a corset-style strapless top with wide-leg trousers by designer Tom Ford. The sisters’ ensembles are as different as can be, except for the similar colour palette.

Gigi even rides in style as seen here in a white shirt-dress ensemble and rubber boots.

Sporty sophistication

For her collaboration with Reebok in 2019, Hadid in dressed athleisure from her Reebok x Gigi Hadid collection. As a nationally ranked horseback rider and captain of her high school volleyball team, the model used her past experiences to create a cool activewear and sneaker collection for Reebok.

MET Gala

For her MET Gala camp-inspired look, Hadid appeared on the pink carpet in an all-white sequinned Micheal Kors full-body suit. Her metallic do was complete with tinsel-themed makeup and a feathery cape.
