Four Seasons Residences set to launch in India and UAE

Four Seasons, the global leader in luxury hospitality, continues its strategic residential expansion with two landmark projects: Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai and a new Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Mumbai’s New Crown Jewel

Located in Mumbai’s elite Worli district, Four Seasons Private Residences is now complete, with 80% of the 41 homes already sold. Developed in partnership with Provenance Land, the 64-storey tower is one of the tallest branded residential developments in the world. The residences, ranging from full-floor 3-bedrooms to lavish 5- and 6-bedroom duplexes, offer panoramic Arabian Sea views, Vastu-aligned layouts, and state-of-the-art home automation.

Crafted by Gensler and Yabu Pushelberg, the design seamlessly blends contemporary aesthetics with timeless spatial planning. Beyond the homes, residents enjoy exclusive access to a curated suite of amenities, including a residents’ club, pickleball court, outdoor cinema on the 65th floor, and the adjacent Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, which recently underwent a stunning renovation.

A partnership with RAK Properties, the 2026 development will include 150 hotel keys and 130 branded residences, complete with a private marina, wellness sanctuaries, and signature villas designed by Killa Design. Just one hour from Dubai, the project aims to redefine luxury living on the UAE coastline.
