As May unfolds, tennis aficionados eagerly await the start of one of the sport’s most prestigious events: the French Open. After the anticipation of the Australian Open, the arrival of the French Open signals the end of the longest wait between Grand Slam tournaments, igniting a palpable excitement within the tennis community.

Prepare for an unforgettable Parisian tennis spectacle as Galeries Lafayette’s renowned Paris Haussmann, Champs Elysées, and Beaugrenelle stores become the epicenter of the action! From May 26 to June 9, the rooftop terrace of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann will undergo a spectacular transformation, offering fans a front-row seat to the electrifying matches at Roland-Garros. With matches broadcasted live on a colossal screen, spectators can immerse themselves in the thrill of the game while indulging in sweeping panoramic views of the picturesque Parisian skyline from the store’s majestic rooftop terrace.

But that’s not all! Galeries Lafayette is set to unveil an exclusive own-brand collection dedicated to the French Open, catering to both women and men. Inspired by the stunning sunsets witnessed from the store’s rooftop terrace and the iconic Court Philippe Chatrier during night matches, this vibrant collection boasts a unique color palette. From clothing to accessories, this colorful and exclusive range will be available at the Roland-Garros pop-ups in Galeries Lafayette’s Paris Haussmann, Champs Elysées, and Beaugrenelle stores from May 22 to June 11, as well as at the flagship store at Stade Roland-Garros throughout the tournament.

More about the French Open 2024!

The much-anticipated 2024 French Open is on the horizon, promising thrilling tennis action on the iconic outdoor courts of Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France. From May 20 to June 9, 2024, tennis aficionados will witness the world’s best players battle it out in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles matches, with exciting junior and wheelchair tournaments also in the lineup.

As the 123rd edition of the French Open and the second Grand Slam event of 2024, this tournament is set to make history. With 128 players in each draw, including 16 qualifiers for both men and women, the competition will be fierce from start to finish.
