Youtube has collaborated with prominent film festivals across the world to host a global film festival, We Are One, which is also absolutely free for its viewers. Feature, short, and documentary films from around the world will be streamed on Youtube for 10 days, starting May 29.
Funds generated from this festival will be used for COVID 19 relief work. From thrilling 360 Virtual Realities to sentimental documentaries, this visual feast is for anyone and everyone.
Here are the highlights:-
MAMI – Mumbai Academy of Moving Images
From the heart of Bollywood, Mumbai City, MAMI contributes four masterpieces. Watch out for The Brat, a short film on a mother who teaches her son kindness through bedtime stories and Eeb Allay Ooo, a socially engaging tale of the disenfranchised workforce in India.

This festival was started in 2009 as a platform for Indie filmmakers and international artists to make their mark in the US film industry. Two of the must-watch short movies by NYFF are Dramatic Relationships, a satire on the male gaze showing the relationship between a director and his actresses and Parsi, a sight for sore eyes featuring cinematography shot with 360-degree cameras while exploring Mariano Blatt’s poem “No es”
