Living in the stone age might not sound so glamorous but with this luxury home in Mallorca, Spain, you can glimpse the modern possibilities of living inside a cave. The property is believed to have been formerly owned by Christopher Columbus’s family and dates back to the 14th century when it was originally embedded onto the side of a mountain. However, it has gone through immense renovation to make it the luxury experience it is today.

Located in the town of Felanitx in Spain’s Balearic Islands the home has recently be listed for a whopping $4.3 million on Savills. The home was built into the side of a mountain with almost every room having an impressive cave backdrop.

Spanning just over 9,000 square feet, the residence consists five bedrooms, two swimming pools (one heated), inside and outside cinema areas, jacuzzi (set within an old stone mine), a working vineyard with wine making facilities and numerous areas for relaxing, playing, dining and drinking.
