Pop icon Rihanna and luxury conglomerate LVMH together have virtually launched a beauty line called Fenty Skin. The artist co-owns the beauty brand Fenty Beauty with LVMH, which was launched in 2017.

This collection consists of three products that are suitable for all skin types—the Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturiser Broad Spectrum SPF30 Sunscreen, the Total Cleans’r Remove-It-All Cleanser and the Fat Water Pore-Refining Toner-Serum.

These products are gender-neutral, vegan, sold in earth-friendly bottles and packaged in recycled waste. The sunscreen comes in a refillable bottle.

“Fenty Skin is my vision of the new culture of skincare—I wanted to create amazing products that really work, that are easy to use, and that everyone can apply,” Rihanna was quoted on Fenty Beauty’s website.
The sunscreen offers protection in a light-weight and non-greasy formula; the toner-serum is said to refine pores reduces dark spots; and the cleanser has been designed to remove makeup without drying the skin. The sunscreen and cleanser are already out of stock.

During the launch, the brand also announced that New-York-based esthetician and skincare specialist Sean Garrette will be the beauty brand’s first global ambassador.
When Fenty Beauty was launched in 2017, it recorded a whopping $100 million sales, in around a month! The brand has received such love due to its inclusivity factor—it sells foundation in 40 different shades!
As per Forbes, Rihanna created a $600 million fortune in 2019, owing to her music and the beauty brand.This made her the wealthiest female musician in the world, beating Beyoncé ($400 million), Madonna ($570 million) and Céline Dion ($450 million).
