According to Pantone, the shade is defined as “… a dynamic periwinkle blue hue with a violet red undertone, that blends the faithfulness and constancy of blue with the energy and excitement of red. ”PANTONE 17-3938 is a far cry from Ultimate Gray and Illuminating, a beautiful yellow, the colours of last year.
