Both brides and grooms looked gorgeous on their big days, Thakur wore a striped lehenga-choli in traditional red with gorgeous gold jewellery, while Massey wore a white sherwani and pastel pagdi. At the Akhtar-Dandekar wedding, Farhan chose a black tuxedo with a matching bow, while Dandekar wore a JADE by Monica and Karishma strapless red gown with a matching red veil for the wedding ceremony.

The shoes cost a pretty penny and are listed for US$1,095 or Rs. 81,500 on Aquazzura’s website. Like Deepika Padukone, her heels were designed by the one and only Christian Louboutin and Sabyasachi Mukherjee. The red-soled shoes are a known favourite of Priyanka’s who is a close friend of Louboutin’s as well. The designer duo even made Nick Jonas’ shoes for the wedding, again in the same off-white shade as his sherwani. For their mehendi function, Jonas wore brocade shuttle shades designed by popular Indian brand, Fizzy Goblet that has long been a favourite of Sonam Kapoor. Named the “The Nick Special,” the shoes he wore were the first from the new and upcoming menswear collection exclusively designed for him by the brand.
