Beauty launches we’re currently making room for

I look forward to doing my beauty wrap every month, but lately, keeping up with the beauty world deserves its own calendar invite. But who’s complaining? The market is booming, with fun innovations. Fragrance is having a major moment, d’you and Kay Beauty are shaking things up with promising skincare drops, and there’s even a cushion blush in town! So, before the next batch drops, let’s catch up on what’s new in beauty this month.

YSL MYSLF L’ABSOLU

This bold reinterpretation of the MYSLF, crafted by master perfumers Daniela Andrier, Christophe Raynaud and Antoine Maisondieu opens with an invigorating burst of sparkling ginger, green cardamom and vibrant bergamot essence. At its heart is the signature MYSLF orange blossom accord, before deepening into a warm, addictive trail of rich patchouli heart. Officially it’s for men, but I’ve been obsessed with how it smells on me.

Carolina Herrera La Bomba EDP

La Bomba by Carolina Herrera, inspired by Diana Vreeland’s nickname for Carolina Herrera, captures the unstoppable energy of the Herrera woman. It opens with juicy, sparkling pitaya, followed by cherry peony and frangipani, before settling into a warm, solar vanilla base. A vegan fruity-floral fragrance made with 86% natural-origin ingredients, and the jewel-like butterfly bottle is the cherry on top.

Rabanne 1 Million Night Elixir

Fragrances are having a moment lately, and Rabanne is leaning all the way into the after-dark mood with 1 Million Night Elixir, the latest, limited-edition addition to its iconic 1 Million universe. Ditching the signature gold-bar look for a darker black-and-gold version, the scent opens with bright mandarin, bergamot and lemon before turning deliciously addictive with maple syrup and cinnamon, eventually settling into a warm, ambery base of vanilla, benzoin and labdanum.

d‘you Peptight

What I love about this brand is that instead of bombarding you with launches and a gazillion ingredient list, they actually teach you why you need it. They’ve launched a multi-peptide longevity serum designed to support skin at the cellular level. At the heart of the formula is a 13.8% peptide complex comprising seven peptides, each designed to address different pathways associated with skin ageing: Copper Tripeptide-1 for collagen and repair support, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 for firmness and inflammatory balance, and more.

YSL Lovenude Lip Blusher

The LOVENUDE Lip Blusher is a softer, more diffused spin on the nude-lip trend, combining the comfort of a balm with the blurred, soft-matte finish of a lip color. The formula is infused with squalane and hyaluronic acid, and currently spans six gorgeous shades.

Fenty Beauty Shake ‘N Play Buildable Liquid Blush

Fenty Beauty’s Shake ’N Play is a buildable formula that leaves behind a natural, blurred finish, and comes with a built-in squish-tip sponge applicator and shaker beads that help mix the formula and dispense what Fenty calls the “perfect dose”, with one dot for a hint of colour and two or more for a more intense payoff.

This wedding season, M·A·C Cosmetics India brings the quintessential Indian wedding family portrait to life with its latest campaign, “Forever in M·A·C”, celebrating the personalities, relationships and beautifully orchestrated chaos surrounding the bride. Marking Nicola Formichetti’s first campaign created specifically for the Indian market since becoming M·A·C’s Global Creative Director, the campaign brings his bold, contemporary vision to one of India’s most expressive cultural moments.

Antinorm Intense Double Cleanse

This 4-in-1 biphasic oil-to-foam cleanser combines an oil cleanser, foam cleanser, makeup remover, and SPF and pollution cleanser in one. It melts away waterproof makeup, sunscreen, and daily buildup in a single wash, while Niacinamide, Cica, Hyaluronic Acid, and Panthenol help keep skin calm, hydrated, and comfortable without the tight or stripped feeling. ‘Cuz who doesn’t love multi-purpose products?
