Rashi Bohtra and Ruchi Gehani, Co-Founders and Principal Designers of Azure Interiors have reimagined a two-storey family bungalow, which is spread across 6,500 sq ft.
Located in Raipur, this beautiful home celebrates simple nuances with rich textures and beautiful finishes.
Retaining the old world charm and traditional exteriors, the designer duo has brought modernity to its interiors.
The double-height drawing-room with the door that has beige marble cladding, gives a sense of grandeur.
The focal point of this space is the exquisite Pichwai artwork of Lord Shreenathji. The neutral palette colours used in the drawing-room are inspired by this 60-year-old painting as well.
The dining area has pastel colours and the brass shelf with veneer base stands out.
The bedroom on the first floor has a storage wardrobe on the left side of the bed, which has been camouflaged with an oak veneer wall.
Another bedroom has a bold look with glass partitions for the bathroom. The designers have used Lady Grey Italian marble in the entire space. The marble cladding with the intricate pattern on the bed back has been painstakingly created by Rajasthani marble artists on-site.
The home theatre has European-styled walls with wide comfortable leather sofas and the two yellow chairs add colour to space.
