The venue is touted as Dubai’s high-energy destination for a thorough day to night experience, abuzz with soundtracks from the renowned DJs, including Bob Howard, DJ Ad and DJ Moky. International percussionists Walter Scalzone and Rocky along with dancers and acrobats also set the bar high for soulful evenings at the location.
A peek into its ambience, the white wooden deck with comfy cushioned loungers and wooden pergolas displays a laid-back yet a very sophisticated setup. Cue indulgence, the deck shaded by palm trees and crochet umbrellas, further extends to the sandy beach and the glittering waters of the infinity pool adorned with floating beds.
For a fulfilling food trail, one must not miss out on the WHITE Restaurant, designed with floor-to-ceiling glass doors, colour tinted walls dotted with gleaming barnacles.
The cosy, warm palette of gold, blue, beige and sandy grey complement the surrounding marine life, smartly contrasted with iron, wood and stone-like materials. There is also abundance of natural light, courtesy the expansive open terrace at the property.
The menu here is dominated with an appetizing selection of Mediterranean cuisine and seafood, featuring seabass ceviche with citrus, salmon and tuna sashimi pizza, grilled Spanish octopus, squid ink risotto, the seafood tower, king crab legs, lobster and 100% grass-fed beef tenderloin.
For vegans and vegetarians, there’s burrata pizzetta and the cauliflower arancini. The ultimate touch of luxury is the WHITE 18 Karat profiterole for the dessert loyalists. The extensive cocktail menu is loaded with classics and signatures, and flaunts a mix of pink and infused gins, WHITE Peach enhanced with Italian bubbly, Frozé with fresh strawberries, champagnes and wines.
