Lotus Flower Martini

Ingredients
- Ice Cubes
- 30 ml Absolut Vodka
- 15 ml Lychee Liqueur
- 10 ml Blue Curaçao
- 10 ml Violet Liqueur
- 1 Edible Flower
- 1 Mint Leaf
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Add all ingredients.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Camikara Rum
- 15 ml Chamomile-Infused Honey Syrup

Method

- 1 Bottle Jacob’s Creek Rosé Wine
- 120 ml Hibiscus Tea (Brewed and Chilled)
- 120 ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 60 ml Orange Liqueur (Such as Cointreau)
- 1 Orange, Sliced
- 1 Lemon, Sliced
- 1 Cup Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries)
- Edible Flowers for Garnish
Method
- In a pitcher, combine rosé wine, hibiscus tea, elderflower liqueur, and orange liqueur.
- Add sliced fruits and berries, then let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Serve over ice and garnish with edible flowers.
Lavender Mirage

Ingredients
- 45 ml 1800 Tequila Añejo
- 15 ml Lavender Syrup
- 30 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- 5 ml Sugar Syrup
- Soda Water (To Top Up)
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice and add tequila, lavender syrup, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sugar syrup.
- Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Top up with soda water and stir gently.

- 60 ml Tenjaku Gin
- 40 ml Apple Juice
- 20 ml Lime Juice

Method
