Green Vegetable Juice

Ingredients: 
8 celery stalks
1 cucumber
1 bunch of parsley
3 kale leaves or 1 handful of baby spinach
1 green apple
1 lemon (with the skin removed)
Method:
To begin wash and chop the vegetables finely so that they fit into the juicer. Then, add the vegetables to the juicer one by one. Once the juice is ready enjoy it immediately for maximum benefits.
ABC (Apple Beetroot Carrot) Juice

2 lemons
2 carrots
2 apples
2 beetroot
Method:

2 stalks celery
½ cucumber
a little bit of ginger
½ cup parsley
½ lemon
1 green apple
2 cups spinach
Method:
Cut and peel the ingredients into chunks and place all ingredients in a juicer. Blend them until smooth and pour it into a glass. You can enjoy it chilled or at room temperature.
Carrot Apple Juice

Carrots are a great source of vitamins A  B vitamins, vitamin K and potassium. The carrot juice is pleasantly sweet, and pairs well with the tartness of the apples. 1 large apple quartered
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
2 large carrots
2 pieces fresh ginger

Orange – Sweet Potato Juice

2 medium apples
3 stalks celery
1 orange peeled
2 medium pears
1 sweet potato – cooked and peeled

Fenugreek Water
