Where the Cool Crowd of Delhi NCR is Dining Right Now
AlienKind
After making waves in Bengaluru, AlienKind has officially opened its doors in the capital. For those who don’t know, it’s anchored in its sharp cultural philosophy: “Humans Make Stupid Choices, Rather Be an Alien” and challenges the conventions of quick service dining. At the core of its identity is a proprietary design ethos, Futuristic Brutalism, where raw architectural geometry meets neon accents and graphic futurism to create an immersive, instantly recognisable environment. If you’re planning to drop by, don’t forget to try their superfood-led beverages like the signature three-layered Cloudy drink, and the anti-spill Starship Burgers.

Top Banana
Top Banana, a collaboration between Rajan Sethi and Bright Hospitality with Tarannum Sehgal, is built on the idea of wanting people to linger in, like a natural extension of a living room at the centre of a house party. With a drinks programme curated by Pankaj Balachandran and the CounterTop team. the bar becomes the focal point. As the night evolves, the music subtly shifts the energy, resetting the mood without ever feeling forced. On the food front, Sehgal’s Euro-Japanese approach balances European richness with Japanese precision, resulting in plates that are refined, textural and ideal for casual, in-the-moment dining.

Together
Delhi’s first of its kind, Together is a Japanese-inspired vinyl listening bar inspired by Tokyo’s iconic kissa culture; a space centred on discovery, immersive sound, thoughtfully crafted cocktails and quiet connection. Designed by Manav Dangg of Studio Dangg, the bar unfolds as an intimate escape where music takes the lead. You’ll see vinyl-lined walls, a curated mix of jazz and throwback records shaping the mood, while a dedicated listening room and strategically placed speakers ensure sound remains the main narrative. The food follows as a seamless interlude, built for sharing and moving from dips and small plates to crisp tempuras and composed dishes, while the cocktail program draws from Japanese sensibilities. Rumour
If you’ve ever wanted to live the F.R.I.E.N.D.S life, Rumour is where you need to be at with your gang. Tucked in Vasant Vihar, it’s a speakeasy-style bar inspired by the easy, after-work energy of New York’s bar culture where wines and spontaneity take the spotlight. As founders Rhea Parekh Jain and Nishchay Jain describe it, the idea was to create a go-to spot that feels instinctive and unplanned in the best way. Designed by Sussanne Khan’s The Charcoal Project, the 45-seater space blends understated luxury with the raw character of a New York loft. The menu features curated tasting bites and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, nearly half of which are wine-forward.

She’s Here
Launched by the team behind Call Me Ten, She’s Here marks a confident evolution of contemporary Japanese dining in the city. The space brings together formats like an omakase bar, live teppanyaki counters, and robata grills shaping an experience that feels both immersive and fluid. At its core is a globally influenced approach to Japanese cuisine; think Wafu-style cooking that blends Italian comfort with Japanese depth through ingredients like miso, yuzu, and umami-rich stocks. The menu, curated by chef Vaibhav Bhargava encourages shared dining and layered flavours, while a seasonality-led cocktail programme complements the food without overpowering it.
